This is the Vision that we, the executive, have for the MCF. We are painfully aware that we have fallen short of what God requires in the past. Just like the fig tree however, we are entering into a period of grace. The gardener is preparing to plow up the hard ground around us and to provide needed fertilizer. As an executive we are committed to setting the example in this matter. God has issued a challenge. We will allow the Lord to break up the areas of our hearts that we have hardened to Him. We will allow Him to search for and pull out the weeds of sin that surround us. We will be strengthened and renewed by his Holy Spirit and boldly stand for Christ in our daily lives. This is not to suggest that the MCF has been a failure in the past! God has used individual members and the organization as a whole to accomplish wonderful things for His Kingdom. This continues today as we see groups meeting across the country for support, prayer and to seek the will of God. Rather, we see this challenge as a fresh word from the Lord as He seeks to purify us and prepare us for an even greater move of the Holy Spirit.
